i always made music
on my little drumkit

i watched a show called the naked brothers band
that sh-t was on nickelodeon
pretty goofy show i have to admit
but they were my first inspirations
my first album made no sense as a matter of fact

not to mention all of the songs were copies
if i made it big, i would get heavily bodied
but it didn’t matter much, cuz i was a kid who still sniffed sharpies
and acted like smarties were crack cocainne, wow i was lame
no wonder adults told kids to quit the cr-p and silly sh-t
and rushed us to grow up, and get our permit
to drive, that sh-ts happening in my real life
my life is just p-ssing by
i can’t believe my eyes
wish i could go back
to where i would catch fireflies
in a jar, now im almost legal to go in a bar
just kidding, im not there yet

i legit wished i had a real life version man
but lets stop talking about spongebob even though that show was great
but i remember paper airplanes, and ice skating
at the mall at christmas time
thinking everything in life would be fine

once i entered middle school i was in for a ride
within the first few weeks there was already a fight
these experiences opened up my eyes
what the h-ll was i about to get into
my music taste was starting to widen up
instead of listening to kids show tunes i listened to
eminem, and whatever was famous
turn down for what, that sh-t was banging
i remember call of duty black ops 2
everyone at school was talking about it
i remember my first zombies map was tranzit
getting left behind by the bus, i was stranded
not a care in the world, no worries for days
playing xbox live and ps3
drinking tons of soda, alot of all nighters
ipod touch up full blast, blast from the past
somewhat i was getting all of the girls
they were like “hey trev i love you more than anything in the world”
i almost had my first kiss
on the lips
8th grade prom
while my friends were doing the whip
and nae nae, yeah the f-cking nae nae
the cupid shuffle and the cha cha slide
the dance floor was h-lla live
people were like “d-mn trev, i didn’t know you could dance like that”
to be honest you’re pretty fly for a shy guy”

they say middle school was just ight
but that was when i actually had a social life
just kidding but honestly my childhood was fantastic
but pretty soon, yeah pretty soon
yeah, my childhood was fantastic
but soon i was about to say goodbye to it

the worst goodbye part:
the worst part of saying goodbye
to your childhood means saying many times
to work your b-tt off at work
even though your boss is a big jerk

maybe sometimes working overnight
feeling stressed cuz you gotta support ya kids
and keep a healthy relationship
with your wife, whos your whole d-mn life
but sometimes its hard, sometimes you disagree
and sometimes she disagrees with what your saying
fights break out, it sucks man
but that is life, it just happens
i wanna be old in a retirement home
and look back at my life and say: “im not alone”
cuz f-ck if i die alone, i would f-cking hate that
i dont wanna look back and say i wasted my life and youth
thats the truth

im about to enter the real world
i feel we take our childhood for granted
granted, granted

i hope i become successful
because i wanna share my wealth with my family
they were the ones who raised me
and in the end probably donate some to charity
why not move my parents inside a beautiful mansion
and buy my bigger sister a nice car
f-ck it maybe have an in home mini bar
all i know is that i wanna give to the world
i dont wanna be selfish keeping everything to myself
i wanna be there to help
when my friends are struggling trying to support themselves
even though i wanna help as much as i can
i gotta be careful
cause people can be heartless and use you
not saying anyone i know would, but honestly you never know

while working on youtube videos simaltanously
if these p-ssions dont get me somewhere, id be shocked really
since i put so many hours into this
like the other day i realized i uploaded over 1,000 videos
woah, when did that happen
i remember there would be times where it was almost impossible for me to do youtube
i dont really talk about it alot, but honestly its getting really difficult
i was so focused on youtube and making these mixtapes that all of a sudden life became busy
and its just gonna get busier and busier
