it’s at this point that the recordings start to fully break down. whole sections of the train are nothing but static for hours, with random bursts of distorted audio.
i find an image of loki wandering the carriages, other passengers staring at her in horrified confusion. there’s a video of thor and sigyn, talking and discussing gaining access to something. loki being dragged towards odin’s carriage. and a still image of thor and sigyn standing in front of the door to the engine room _ the one place where the cameras never worked _ and thor is bleeding. and then ten minutes of odin, staring directly into the camera. i cannot tell if the image is frozen, but given her previously erratic behaviour, i find it hard to shake the sensation that she is watching me. and then nothing until the end.
that’s it. i have no more evidence. i watch and rewatch the footage i have, desperate for any clues i might have missed. on the monitors, their faces stare out, expressions set in determination and resolve. four suspects, any of which could have destroyed the train through accident or by design. and i have no idea what happens next.
