where are my manners! my name is jayhawk… well that’s my stage name anyway. i normally go by john in real life (and i don’t care if you call me john or jayhawk, i can go by both). i guess you could call me a chopper because i do rap fast in some songs on this album. and speaking of, i had the inspiration to chop when i was a freshman in high school. i knew eminem could rap fast but i wanted to hear faster people. i looked up “fast rap” on youtube and that was where i found out about crucified and “undaground choppers”. i was instantly addicted and the rest is history. my musical idols are dna tru lyricist, eminem, and crucified (duh). but enough about me…

(part 3)

the reason why i decided to name my first album “destiny” was because a friend of mine popped up in a dream that i had on the morning that i released my first song (“fight”). in this dream, this friend of mine came up to me and said ” no matter what you do in your life, stick to rapping… because that is your destiny” he has been dead since 2017. basically what i’m saying is… i’m dedicating this album to my deceased friend
