“originally it was shortened to ‘not now norman, never kneel in your night’. and then the next day, we started calling it ‘not now norman, never kneel in your–’. and we sort of dropped a syllable off every time we had to say it.”

“it’s a good job we called it that. because, if we hadn’t written it down and named it then, it would have been called –. but we couldn’t spell that, so we stopped while we were onto a good thing. we had lots of lyrics but, well, we couldn’t be bothered to sing them”
