jave q – long live louis interview كلمات اغاني

my name is long live louis, and i am a producer/engineer/artist from fort lauderdale, fl. i have been producing for about 3 years, spending hours daily on my beats and songs

my main influences i would say are juice wrld, nick mira, the kid laroi, post malone, and quadeca. it all started with a roland synth my dad gave me that i use as a controller keyboard, a macbook, and a lot of sleepless nights

until recently, everything i would produce was made in my room. some of my goals would be to go on a tour of the east coast sometime this year, release at least one more 9 song project (to complete the three 9 song projects i planned on making, which is a tribute to juice wrld {999}), and to overall grow as an artist and a producer

i realized within the last year that music is what i want to do full time, and i am ready to fully commit to my craft. i like working with as many people as i can, because in the music industry, it’s all about who you know. that being said, on my second project, reset, i have several features, including blvck svm, who is an amazing lyricist and someone i intend to work with again in the near future

the mainstream sound (to me) is becoming too consistent, and i want to be the one to change that. my beats change in bpm, genre, and mood, (same goes for my songs), and i feel that what makes a song “hard” or “catchy” isn’t just about the lyrics, or the beat; it’s about both together

therefore, being an artist and a producer, i am confident that i, and the people i work with, can change the way people interpret the term “mainstream”
(side note, i do have a few songs that i am working on at the moment that are going to be single releases leading up to the third project’s release.)

some of my achievements:

every song that i currently have released, i fully produced. from the beat, to the vocals
my song lonely feeling (feat. jj legacy) (which samples your anxiety buddy’s cover of chamber of reflection by mac demarco) recently reached 55k streams, which is a big achievement for me, being an independent upcoming artist
people i have worked with:
blvck svm
nick harris (high school friend)
j!nx (high school friend)
$cxni
@scottieinhisbag (producer)
jj legacy
young spliff (one of the main artists i currently engineer for.)
righteous teacher

extra message:
music production and/or creation should not be exclusive or inaccessible. if anyone is ever interested in starting their music journey, but doesn’t know how, i am always ready to work!
