2015 was the time were i really started this rapping
it was just me myself and i with no crew
but had a n_gga by the name t.dot
that i can say was a rap mentor and made what jth is today
but i too had to put the hard work in
by free styling everyday in doing so improving my storytelling too
i really needed the homies that were going back me up and to support me
back in 2016 the time were it was me crxlex
k!lling these freestyle sessions at the count were we balled
trying to be the best at this sh_t
i was really fond of rap but it wasn’t easy
battling j_kid just to show a crowd my level of bars
how foolish of me
i had these b_tches and these n_ggas
hollering at me to say
i was whack
not meant to be a rapper
had to back down and handle those books
because i never had the looks of a rapper
and hey that got me deep
that i went into depression
where i smoked on that fire real hard
and this was all in 2017
this journey wasn’t an easy one
from starting from the ground to where i’m at now

all this rap drama kept me motivated to
be the best that i can be but
it added to my love life where
me and this chick lerato at that time
where growing very close that she was my chick
and in all these years she was the biggest fan till
2018 we both with my homie jozi jazz received
the holy spirit and departed our separate ways
first few weeks were good till
every stereotype of a rapper was fulfilled be me
vibing with the biggest hoes on the block
which begged the question?
does jth still love lerato?
the question so detrimental it paralyzed my thoughts
leaving me a broken man with a broken relationship
in 2019
this is the journey so far…….
