the first single off happy hour. i dropped it september 12th, video october 12th coming off an a3c performance(shout out chaundon). one of the last records we recorded for the alb-m, and for me? it was about going left. i didn’t wanna do a typical single-ish record. if this was the 90s, this would be a b-side record. i just wanted to rap honestly and give the people bars and just let them know the alb-m was coming and we’re taking no prisoners. i still perform the song to this day, which is one of the few that hasn’t left the rotation at one point

simplest video i’ve ever done. my homegirl bigga cooked us up some chocolate chip pancakes. they was good too, gooder than a mug. this was a two day shoot, more so for location and planning than intricacy. i came through in the dashiki, cats seen it, jock rode but i’m just tryna promote unity for all africans, wheater it be in africa or those from the dispora. love. (got deep on y’all real quick)
