this song i started up this song
i started off and i was reading somewhere say that on green span uh
i played the saxophone

and i thought maybe he misunderstood you know
and i wrote that down alan wingspan might have been misunderstood
he played the saxophone
i wrote that down and i put it in my polish strip that i write down

and i told myself someday that there’s gonna be a song about alan wingspan that can play the saxophone
and then i startеd working on that song doing one line
and the nеxt and just let nick come out and sorta stream of consciousness
i guess and then we would take lines out and put new lines in

we’re working on it for months
then one day it occurred to me i was like
hey alan wingspan uh he isn’t even in the song anymore
and he’s like sh_t hid it didn’t he?
and then he revokes like what’s this about then?
and we couldn’t think of anything
f_ck me i know but there’s i dunno there’s lot of songs that i dunno what they’re about
and i like em so f_ck it yunno
so i started singing

then next a record company didn’t know they still didn’t went about doing anything
so we recorded it and put it out
this is true i was then when on the road and i was like
i keep saying filled up because i think it was there in umm weekly seen

there was a review of the record that we just put out and it said that
“this song was a song about a guy getting ready to rob another guy”
right?
and i’m like alright chill so i called my buddy i said

“hey i think i found out what our song is about”
and he’s like “yeah”, that sounds good
that sounds good so
