i’ve been rappin for 4 years and when i first started, i was as happy as could be. studio days made me feel like a kid at a theme park. i could even argue that rapping/making my own music helped to pull me out of anxiety/depression. as time goes by,, sometimes i think i’ve lost that joyful feeling that rapping used to give me. this is because of competitiveness, critics, feeling like i have to be perfect, and always listening to what other people think i should do
bruh, i rhymе words to music. i write words down at work, rap them into a microphone and rеlease them for other people to hear…. i even get paid for it. if i can’t find fun in that… then somethings wrong with the way i’m approaching it. i don’t care if i get big and famous, i don’t care if someone calls me whack or doesn’t like a certain line i wrote blah blah blah. i’m just a glorified dr. seuss. so…. rap should be fun. just have fun
