so mayday, what’s been your biggest inspiration for this alb-m?

my biggest inspiration’s been my mom. i mean she did so much for me growing up, taking care of the family, being a single mom, never letting anyone see her pain. she was a fighter. and the thing she always taught me was to do everything with love. achieve your goals with love, hate people with love, i mean it was always love. and i honestly don’t know where i’d be without her love. i mention her a lot in this alb-m. it was hard to write, cause you know, some days are really tough. i can’t call her up you know, and tell her about my day or something exciting i want to share with her. she’s not here anymore, and it’s like i have to constantly remind myself that, even after so many years. but writing this alb-m really helped me deal with a lot of that pain and to look back on the good memories. cause i don’t want to think about her being gone. i want to think about all the good moments i had with her and keep that love with me. that’s what pushes me, and that’s why i’m where i am today
