i find so many faults i cannot hide
so many mistakes, words misspoken, thoughts astray
i could almost puke, i lost my way

so much clutter, so much pain within
yet i seem unablе to learn or begin
to shed thе burdens that weigh me down
and so self_reflection turns into self_doubt’s crown

the doubts grow, a relentless tide
and the more i ponder, the more i slide
“what if i had?” “why didn’t i see?”
“how worthless am i, what’s wrong with me?”

so doubt becomes a big bad flame
in their,self_hatred whispers my name
i have to escape, i have to break free—
to breathe, to live, to simply feel me…
