then up spoke the handmaid, by the window so high
she spies her master come riding close by
“oh master, oh master, don’t put blame on me
for the false nurse and lankin have k!lled your baby”
now lankin will be taken to the gallows so high
the false nurse is burned in the fire close by
so children remember, the windows to pin
