i feel disassociated from reality, like i’m in a dream

everything becomes too much and at the same time not enough
vision always out of focus i’m still not sure when i wrote this
am i in a dream?
will i wake up asleep
in somebody else’s head
these thoughts don’t seem like me
and at this point it would make sense
or maybe i’m just a dead man
contemplating all the time
life’s a learning curve to climb
fingers aching
arms are shaking
can somebody motivate me
before i fall back asleep
