i open up the door for the day’s last tour

but i look back and he’s gone
so i go back to the landing
and i see it
i swear it wasn’t there before
a yellow door
he’s curious, i’m speechless
(it shouldn’t exist)

he asks me what’s inside
and i’m losing my mind
but i am in too deep to back out
now i’m standing in a hall
swirls and mirrors line the walls
no, just paintings of this place
there’s no door just my reflection
freaking out
i can’t break the glass
no, it will not even crack
i am crying
(and my phone won’t do a d_mn thing)
so i walk down that corridor
i make some turns
go back to where i started
it’s departed

the colors shift in place
the wallpaper has also changed
i’m feeling like i cannot trust my eyes
i’m there for 3 whole days
in that twisted wicked place
then a figure comes my way
it’s distorted, laughing, chasing me down

“i looked around in desperation, trying to find any hope of escape…”

all the pictures show this thing
except a single empty frame
i make my exit
(show up in dulwich)
that’s all i have to say
and yes, michael was his name
i’ll leave you to it…
