thingol got the stone and wanted to possess it forever
so did the dwarves whose sole aim was to own the shiny jewel
k!lled thingol and leaving his kingdom
lifted was the ban of doriath
feanor’s sons under the spell of curse
came to menegroth, wanted the stone
but it was gone, drawing its way through the sky
and that was the downfall of doriath and menegroth
